Our Team

Our team is continuously expanding, and we believe it is important that you get to know the person who works with you on achieving your goals. Meet the team below!

We are dedicated to providing an environment that exudes trust, safety and the promotion of health through skilled manual therapy. Our focus is to educate our patrons, and advocate for our profession.

Our Values & Beliefs

Assessment Initiated Therapy

The key to great service and improved health is understanding your health history, your concerns and what you want to achieve.  We listen, we observe and work with you to develop a treatment plan that helps. We offer digital Sigma and Posture Screen analysis to determine problems and solutions quickly!

Treatment Focused

Understanding and implementing your assessment findings will allow us to customize the best “hands-on” therapy for you.  Literally. Our skilled and evidence based techniques are devised with your input so you feel safe and in control of your therapy session.

Strength-Care Driven

You do not need to be “fixed”.  We are passively applying muscular and mobility techniques to help you move better. It’s up to YOU to actively complete physical homework to improve.  Kore PMT will show you how and keep you accountable.

Dr. Jenna, DC

Dr. Jenna, DC

LAs a child who experienced growing pains Dr. Jenna grew up benefitting from chiropractic care.  The health improvements she experienced as a chiropractic patient and a commitment to helping others compelled her to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certification in 2018, Reiki and Webster Technique certifications in 2019.

Dr. Jenna utilizes a neuro-functional approach to improve health by removing interference to the nervous system, allowing the body to heal and function optimally. She is highly-skilled in traditional manual spinal and extremity adjustments with an emphasis on gentle and effective chiropractic treatments, mobilizations, soft tissue release therapy, rehabilitation, nutrition and health counselling services. She employs the use of SIGMA instrument-assisted chiropractic care, a sophisticated NASA-inspired, computerized technology that delivers comfortable, accurate chiropractic adjustments without bending, twisting, popping, or cracking, and is preferred by pediatric and geriatric populations, as well as those who fear standard methods of manual adjustment. She is certified in Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic pelvic and sacral analysis and alignment that can be administered during pregnancy and general pelvic conditions.

Dr. Jenna is available Fridays 9:45am-8:00pm

Limited Wednesdays 12-7pm May-June 28th 2023

Dr. Erin Truscott-Brock, ND

Hello, my name in Erin Truscott-Brock and I am the Naturopathic Doctor at Kore PMT.  I was previously at Healthy Living Massage and Wellness Centre, and am excited to offer Naturopathic Medical services as part of the Kore PMT team. I have been in practice since 2000 and in that time have treated many people of all ages, infants to the elderly, with all kinds of concerns. I have worked with people on their digestive health, hormone issues (thyroid, adrenal), female concerns (menstrual issues, menopause, fertility), male issues (andropause, fertility), cardiovascular, cholesterol and blood sugar problems, autoimmune diseases (multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, lupus), musculoskeletal and joint issues (including fibromyalgia) and on and on.  I love the challenge of figuring out the root cause of a concern and fixing it. I use all Naturopathic Medical modalities; nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, acupuncture and lifestyle counselling.  I also can offer intravenous therapies and bio-identical hormone support.  In addition to my Kore PMT practice I am also on the faculty at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Clinic Supervisor. I look forward to working with you and your families for better health!
